Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related field inspection experience.
• NJDCA Certification in any of the listed areas.
• High School Diploma.
• Willing to work in the field and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction work in the field as QA representative and perform materials testing.
• Monitor concrete, masonry, structural steel, spray-applied fireproofing, soils and/or foundation construction for compliance with drawings/specifications.
• Conduct field tests of concrete, grout, mortar, fireproofing, soils, and nondestructive testing of welds.
• Read drawings and specifications, write reports, create sketches, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
