Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey.

• Experience with Workers' Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on issues relevant to case(s) and drafting.
• Review, analyze, and summarize discovery and conduct fact investigations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing parties, experts, etc.
• Prepare clients for, defend, and take depositions; participate in mediations.
• Manage workload and meet court/client deadlines.
