Job summary

Prevail Recruiting seeks a New Jersey-licensed Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney for a historic firm in New Jersey. The role features a 4-days-in-office with remote Fridays, a base salary of $120,000–$160,000 plus bonus, and a lighter caseload of 20–30 matters with senior guidance.

Ideal candidate has 2–5+ years PI experience, NJ license, and ability to manage cases independently. Strong support staff and additional compensation based on referrals are offered.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
• 2–3+ years of legal experience.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Experience handling New Jersey matters preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 20–30 plaintiff PI matters.
• Work with the NJ practice partner and senior staff.
• Provide case updates and client communication.
