The Plymouth Rock Company in New Jersey is seeking a PIP Associate to adjust first party personal injury claims in compliance with state requirements. The role handles NJ PIP and Extended Medical Expense Benefit claims, prioritizing service, patient contact, and timely claim disposition.

Responsibilities include first reports, medical bill review, treatment monitoring, and follow-up on pending files while adhering to privacy guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Basic personal computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Handle New Jersey Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Extended Medical Expense Benefit claims.
• Receive 3 to 5 first reports per day with emphasis on service, patient contact and claim disposition.
• Perform daily duties such as first reports, Image Right tasks, medical bill review, treatment monitoring, reserve assessment and Nursing interaction.
• Maintain an effective follow-up system on pending files, multitask, adjust to workload fluctuations and inform injured parties on claim status.
