Job summary

gpac is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected New Jersey litigation firm for a Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience. The role is based in Morristown, NJ, and focuses on full-cycle litigation matters including insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.

Base salary is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with comprehensive health, dental, vision coverage and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing (required).
• New York Bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and keep clients informed.
