gpac, a respected New Jersey litigation firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join our Morristown office. You will handle matters from inception through trial, draft briefs and memoranda, and collaborate with partners on case strategy.

Qualified candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school, admission to the New Jersey Bar (with NY admission a plus), and the ability to commute to Morristown. We offer a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Attorney admitted to the New Jersey bar in good standing (New York admission a plus).
• 2–6 years of litigation experience in areas such as insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation preferred.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and keep clients informed.
