Job summary

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) seeks a NJ licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington, NJ. The role centers on boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS and construction surveying, with most work in-office and occasional field coordination.

You will lead the Survey team, support our in-house Engineering Departments, and be responsible for budgets, client proposals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires NJ PLS license and 4+ years of surveying experience.
• Proficient with Total Station and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong client communication and project budgeting abilities.
• Ability to manage field crews and CAD standards.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and proposal writing, client contact.
• Manage survey projects and budgets.
• Coordinate project requirements with team members.
• Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits.
• Perform construction stakeout and ALTA/topo surveys.
