Job summary

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) in Washington, New Jersey, seeks a NJ licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with strong boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS and construction surveying experience.

Qualifications

Must have 4+ years’ experience in the stated duties.
Proficiency with Total Station.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Ability to manage and assist field crew.
Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work as a team player.
Possess organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Estimating and proposal writing, client contact.
Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets.
Coordinate project requirements with team members.
Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits.
Perform construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA and topo surveys.
