Job summary

Cavora Talent Group seeks a New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner to lead project-level planners and support staff on multi-disciplinary planning projects. Qualifications

• Degree in Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.
• AICP Certification and/or PP licensure.
• NJ Licensed Professional Planner (PP).
• 10 years of planning experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with GIS and urban design principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level planners and support staff on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Prepare master plans, zoning ordinances, development regulations, and planning reports.
• Serve as Project Manager for planning projects including staff, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare evaluation criteria for Municipal Planning review letters.
