Are you looking for a meaningful change in your career? We are hiring a behavioral health provider (social worker or psychologist) who are ready to make an impact.
Avela Health is reimagining what support for autistic youth looks like—prioritizing collaborative, affirming care that meets families where they are. Our work begins with centering the child and family every step of the way. For families of young children, this means empowering parents as key partners in their child’s growth and development. For older children and teens, it may also include supporting the teen in developing self-advocacy skills and strategies to help them thrive as their authentic, autistic selves.
If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of autistic children and their families, we want to hear from you. This is a 100% remote position grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach that empowers parents as central agents in fostering their child’s growth and development.
