Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Littleton, CO is seeking a full-time Nissan Automotive Parts Advisor on a commission-only basis. The role focuses on accurately specifying and filling parts for technicians and customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, assist wholesale and retail customers, and promote OEM parts. Experience in a dealership parts department is required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by charging, pulling, and issuing parts accurately.
• Provide high level of personal service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers in identifying and obtaining needed parts.
• Promote the sale of appropriate parts and accessories by identifying customer needs and OEM parts benefits.
• Accurately identify parts needed to meet customer requirements to reduce part returns.
• Maintain sales and inventory records of all invoiced items and cost out parts on tickets.

The Nissan Automotive Parts Advisor is responsible for accurately and efficiently specifying and filling correct parts for technicians, and retail and wholesale customers; at all times providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy by correctly charging, pulling, and issuing parts in a precise manner and according to process.
• Provide a high level of personal service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers by assisting them in identifying and obtaining needed parts.
• Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's needs and promoting the benefits of using genuine OEM parts.
• Accurately specify and identify parts needed to meet customer requirements, so that number of parts returns due to errors is low.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records of all invoiced items. Accurately cost out parts and accessories on counter tickets and repair orders.

Requirements

• Automotive Dealership Parts Advisor or Parts Counterperson experience required
