Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience including NIL, sponsorship, athlete marketing, or sports business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Drive NIL Dealmaking Revenue strategy and support NIL sales efforts with the Sports Properties Team.
• Lead NIL Operations & Administration, including budget management, fulfillment, and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as point of contact for athletes on NIL opportunities, reviews with legal/compliance, and donor engagement.
• Partner with MMR sales team to align NIL initiatives with sponsorship revenue opportunities.
• Oversee events, content creation, social media strategy, and athlete brand development.
