Learfield IMG College in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Director, NIL Revenue & Activation to lead and align NIL strategy with university values and NCAA guidelines, driving revenue through athlete engagements and partnerships.

The role oversees The Advantage Center operations, collaborates with athletics administration, coaches, compliance, brand partners, and donors, and requires a proven track record in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, and revenue growth.

Formación

• 10+ years of NIL, sponsorship, athlete marketing, or sports business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of NCAA compliance and NIL trends.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive NIL revenue strategy and support NIL sales with the Sports Properties Team.
• Lead NIL operations at the Advantage Center including budget and fulfillment.
• Serve as liaison between student-athletes, brand partners, and athletics.
• Collaborate on contract reviews, risk mitigation, and athlete incentives.
• Identify NIL revenue opportunities beyond traditional sponsorships.
• Oversee NIL events, content, and social strategy.
