Job summary

CCI Industrial Services LLC in Kenai, AK is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support the Nikiski Mechanics Shop in a 2x2 rotation. This hourly position emphasizes parts purchasing, stocking and inventory control while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Responsibilities include processing requisitions, managing parts descriptions, maintaining records, and using Excel to track parts data; forklift experience is a plus and local candidates are preferred.

PAY IS DOE-

This position is a 2x2 rotation in the Nikiski Mechanics Shop. LOCAL - home every night - individual MUST be local.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in parts management required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Proficient with other Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
• HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
• VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
• LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from wait level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
• RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.

Offer contingent upon ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, as well as random drug screenings per CCI's D&A policies.
