THIS IS A LOCAL POSITION, YOU WILL BE HOME EVERY NIGHT, SO MUST BE LOCAL TO THE KENAI AREA !

Class A CDL with tanker endorsement is a MUST.

Must have clean Clearinghouse.

ONE YEAR operating experience is required.

This position is responsible for operating a variety of equipment in CCI’s fleet. This includes inspecting equipment, evaluating jobsites for hazards, operating equipment and basic equipment maintenance.
This position will be responsible for driving CCI’s Mission, Vision, and Values, a crucial part of the strategic plan to drive success. CCI Industrial Services leads the industry in Safety, Innovation, and Excellence. CCI’s mission is to provide quality-driven, cost-effective construction, maintenance, industrial cleaning, power generation, and transportation services to support resource development companies.

• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in CCI’s Safety Step-Back program and by staying up to date with the online training modules (EHS). Review and comply with the various Client’s safety programs.
• Your responsibility includes representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• Work under the supervision of the Jobsite Foreman.
• Operate respective heavy equipment necessary to complete required tasks in a safe and responsible manner INCLUDING VAC TRUCK, SUPERSUCKER, WINCH TRUCK, ROLL OFF TRAILER.
• Be proficient in the operation of Trucks, Loaders, Zoom Booms, Skid steers and Forklifts.
• **Must also have experience in fluids handling**
• Initiate preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Conduct duties in a manner that provides for the utmost protection for the environment.
• Report all incidents and near-misses related to personnel, equipment and the environment.
• Keep pads and work sites organized.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Hazmat awareness.
• Maintain equipment operator DOT log.
• Must pass physical requirements.
• Attend daily tailgate meetings.

• Perform STOP Audits and observations.
• Attend all required training classes.
• This position has no supervisory duties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and severe outside weather conditions. Hearing protection and the use of safety eyewear is required in most working situations. Employee may be exposed to other hazards associated with equipment operating.

• A valid CLASS A CDL driver’s license WITH TANKER ENDORSEMENT is required.
• Truck Driving Experience is required.

REQUIRED TO TRACK AND COMPLETE MONTHLY DOT LOGS, AND ABIDE BY HOURS OF SERVICE REGULATIONS.

• MOBILITY: Must be able to access all areas of a construction site and climb scaffolding and ladders. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.

• VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flagman.
• LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
• RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
