North Carolina State University’s Psychology department seeks a Project Coordinator to support an NIH-funded research initiative through May 31, 2027, with potential renewal pending funding. You will coordinate cross-institutional activities, manage timelines and data infrastructure, and act as the main liaison among investigators and partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, onboarding subawards and contractors, organizing meetings, and ensuring deliverables align with NIH

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Gerontology, Psychology, Health Policy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of project management practices and NIH funding processes is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-institutional NIH-funded research projects and ensure deliverables meet timelines and budgets.
• Manage project workflows, documentation, and data infrastructure to support grant execution.
• Lead meetings, track milestones, and report results to investigators and funding agencies.
• Coordinate onboarding of subawards and independent contractors and prepare related materials.
• Develop repeatable workflows to promote efficient operations and strong cross-team collaboration.
• Prepare post-event reports and summaries documenting outcomes and follow-up actions.
