Job summary

Executive Home Care, Lake Washington, seeks a dedicated night caregiver to provide essential personal care and support, helping clients age in place with dignity and independence.

You will work with clients across Redmond, Bellevue and nearby areas, delivering compassionate care while adhering to care plans and safety protocols. Training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Home Care Aide, with commitment to patient dignity.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role required.
• Memory Care experience is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassion, empathy and strong people skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support during night shifts.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living to maintain independence.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
