Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC in Holt, MI is seeking an overnight Warehouse Office Assistant to support drivers, customers, and office staff. Under supervision, you’ll answer phone calls and emails, relay delivery details, and handle general administrative duties including billing and inventory.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and warehouse experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, and phones is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails; relay delivery details to drivers.
• Respond to questions from customers, carrier partners, and drivers.
