Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising teams and driving customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams through teaching, training and feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses tied to sales and inventory management.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and resolves issues using the One Best Way service model and related initiatives.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, integrity and continuous learning across the organization.
