Job summary

Walmart Humble, TX is seeking a Store Leader to drive team performance and outstanding customer service. You will guide training, set expectations, and implement company strategies across store operations to deliver exceptional results for customers and the business.

You will oversee budgeting, merchandising, and staffing to ensure seamless store execution and a culture of belonging. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using the OBW model.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow and store presentation.
• Recruit, hire and develop hourly associates; promote a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
