Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking a dedicated STNA to join the Nightshift team. You will provide direct patient care under licensed nurses, assisting with ADLs, vital signs, wound care, and medication administration to support residents and the care team.

New graduates are welcome. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and compassionate care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Must be STNA certified in Ohio.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, including ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Monitor vital signs and basic wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and equipment.
• Collaborate with the health care team to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of resident care.
• Participate in staff trainings and continuing education.
