Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our Nightshift team. You will provide compassionate care under licensed nurses, assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help with meds as needed. A caring, collaborative environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in Ohio.
• 0 years of healthcare experience (new grads welcome).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide basic care including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individual care plans.
• Maintain confidential records of resident care and services.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing training for best practices.
