Job summary

Sunrise Manor & Convalescent Center in Amelia, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for dayshift. You will provide direct nursing care from admission through discharge, working with physicians, families, and the care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio RN license, nursing degree, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience is a plus. This role requires strong clinical judgment and teamwork in a resident-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident plan of care, including meds administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs in day-to-day activities.
