Job summary

Zenith Logistics Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Auditor to ensure accurate receipt, labeling, and shipment of products within the warehouse.

You will perform quality inspections and audits to prevent overages, shortages, or non-conforming materials, while supporting efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include auditing a portion of cases daily, inputting data into the WMS, reconciling shipments, and addressing slot exceptions.

Description

Position Summary:

A shipping and receiving auditor ensures the accuracy and timely receipt, labeling and shipment of product through the warehouse. Performs quality inspections and audits in accordance with quality assurance program guidelines to prevent or eliminate errors due to overages, shortages, or non-compliant materials.

Essential Functions:

• Auditing 3% of total cases for each scheduled day both by breakdown and weighted audits.
• Input drops in WMS
• Consolidate bills and reconcile product
• Aid with Slot exceptions

Marginal Functions:

• Makes recommendations to stop shipment and shortages of materials based on quality issues.
• Provides feedback to coworkers regarding quality issues.
• Operates powered industrial equipment
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
