Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Nights in Litchfield Park, AZ. This role leads a maintenance team across production sewing, conveyors, heat tunnels, and automated cutting equipment to ensure 99.9% uptime.

You will plan projects, design controls, and manage budgets while ensuring a safe, clean work environment and strong cross-functional collaboration with distribution and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ supervisory/management experience in an industrial maintenance or distribution environment.
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge including hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and program controls systems.
• Computer literate to include Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of power distribution requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and demonstrate effective communication, inclusiveness, and collaboration; ensure equipment availability on material handling and facility equipment.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and guidance to associates.
• Maintain 99.9% uptime on production equipment such as sewing machines and conveyors.
• Plan, design, budget and facilitate projects related to furniture upholstery or distribution.
• Design, develop, and program controls systems.
• Monitor the budget and seek competitive pricing for goods and services.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment through prevention, safety education, and training.
• Lead by example and support Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Meet metrics and drive continuous improvement and customer service.
• Document maintenance activities, timesheets, budgets, and projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and employment laws.
• Collaborate harmoniously with peers and subordinates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
