Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager - Nights in Litchfield Park, AZ. The role leads a maintenance team, ensures 99.9% uptime on production equipment, and drives continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will design and manage controls systems, plan budgets, and ensure safety compliance while mentoring staff and delivering results aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years’ supervisory/management experience in an industrial maintenance environment or in a distribution environment.
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge including hands‑on experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and program controls systems.
• Computer literate to include Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be a strong team leader and able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Manage a maintenance team to ensure equipment availability and a comprehensive PM program.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and guidance to associates.
• Manage the maintenance team to ensure equipment uptime on production sewing machines and related equipment.
• Plan, design, budget and facilitate projects related to furniture upholstery or distribution.
• Design, develop, and program controls systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment laws.
• Lead by example and support Williams-Sonoma's Mission and Core Values.
