Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field with 5–7 years of progressive leadership in distribution/logistics.
• Alternatively, 7–9 years of leadership experience in distribution/logistics without a degree.
• Onsite, in-office role.
• Proven track record leading people, process, and performance.
• Strong communication, direction-setting, and influence across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume operation.
• Experience leading through seasonal peaks and demand-driven shifts.

• Own shift-level performance for safety, service, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Maintain high performance standards across functions and align with first-shift execution.
• Make real-time decisions to keep the operation moving.
• Ensure strong shift handoff discipline and continuity.

• Drive continuous improvement and remove operational friction.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational discipline.
