Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in distribution or logistics.
• This is an onsite, in-office role.
• Demonstrated success leading people, process, and performance in a high‑volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Own shift-level performance across safety, service, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Maintain high performance standards across all functions and ensure shift handoffs.
• Make sound, real-time decisions to keep the operation moving.
• Lead and develop front-line leaders and build a strong internal leadership pipeline.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen execution and scalability.
• Balance daily execution with longer-term operational improvements.
