Job summary
Empath Health's Trustbridge Hospice in Pompano Beach seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver Full Life Care during night shifts. You will coordinate care with the physician and IDG, assess needs, and educate families to comfort and dignity at every stage of life.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- One year in public health, home nursing, oncology, medical/surgical, geriatric or Hospice nursing preferred.
- Understanding of hospice nursing: case management, crisis intervention, teaching and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient and family care with the primary physician and IDG.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of interventions per the care plan.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide education to enhance comfort and life quality.
- Address concerns to ensure satisfaction and trust.
