Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our inpatient Care Center in West Palm Beach. The night shift runs 7pm–7:30am with alternating weekends, delivering high-quality hospice care under RN/LPN supervision.

Candidates must hold Florida CNA licensure and BLS, with at least six months in a hospital or healthcare setting. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare environment.
• Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care in inpatient hospice settings.
• Assist patients with ADLs, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, upholding dignity and empathy.
