NAMIC, a division of Medline, is hiring a Building & Grounds Custodian for the 3rd shift in Glens Falls, NY. The role starts at $18.00/hour and may include shift differential. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30pm–6:00am, with days for training as needed.

You will maintain a safe, clean environment and coordinate minor repairs with the office manager. Responsibilities include general maintenance, cleaning, snow removal, and ensuring buildings are secure at shift start and end.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform custodial tasks and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and work at heights or from ladders.
• Commitment to safety and building maintenance standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial and housekeeping duties for floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Inspect facilities and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Clear snow, apply sand, and manage waste/recycling processes.
