Job summary

Baptist Medical Center South is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse for the night shift to supervise nursing staff and ensure continuous, high-quality patient care. You will coordinate care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in a fast-paced CVICU environment.

The role requires nursing excellence, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with commitments to weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS (and others) may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Assess, plan and implement patient care using the nursing process; collaborate with physicians and other clinicians.
