Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This nights-only role offers autonomy, a highly manageable patient volume, and strong ICU physician collaboration to deliver high-quality critical care.

The PA will work nights (7 PM–7 AM) on a stable team, participate in care rounds, utilize EPIC EMR, and contribute to a Magnet-designated hospital that values Nursing excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Grad of an Accredited PA program.
• Experience:2 years? (from ad: 2 years preferred in acute/critical care)
• Certification/License: ACLS and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Join Intensivist team as a Physician Assistant.
• Nights-only schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM.
• Work autonomously alongside a multidisciplinary ICU team.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and orders.
• Deliver high-quality critical care in a Magnet-designated hospital.
