Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join the Intensivist team for nights (7 PM–7 AM). The role offers autonomous practice with strong ICU physician collaboration and a manageable patient load in a Magnet-designated hospital.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in acute/critical care, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. ACLS/BLS within 30 days of hire are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in acute/critical care preferred.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care in a nights-only ICU role with intensivist collaboration.
• Work autonomously within a well-established ICU team and care for a manageable patient load.
