Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team for nights only. The role emphasizes autonomous patient care with strong ICU physician collaboration in a modern hospital setting.

The schedule is nights (7 PM–7 AM) with a 7 on / 14 off cadence, ensuring a balanced lifestyle while delivering high-quality critical care. EPIC EMR is used for charting and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
