Job summary

Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a Mental Health Associate for the night shift. The role supports a licensed nurse, monitors patient behaviors, participates in data collection, and responds to crises. Hours are 6:00pm–6:30am, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the specific population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training provided after hire).
• Onsite, full-time night shift with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient wellbeing and a safe environment under supervision.
• Assist patients with daily living activities (toileting, bathing, dressing, meals, hydration).
• Conduct safety checks and monitor patient supervision per guidelines.
• Record vitals, observations, and report significant changes to the clinical team.
