Job summary

Willow Creek Behavioral Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Full Time RN Nights to join our inpatient team. NEW GRADS welcome. The role offers a 6pm-6:30am schedule, with every other weekend, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide nursing care, coordinate treatment with LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, document thoroughly, and participate in unit activities. We offer tuition assistance up to $3000 per year and continued education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric settings preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ physical and behavioral health needs on night shift.
• Administer medications with two identifiers and document accurately.
• Collaborate with treatment team and provide patient education to patients and families.
• Complete admissions/discharges and hand off to oncoming staff.
• Maintain nursing records and ensure patient safety at all times.
