Willow Creek Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Associate for day shifts in Green Bay, WI. The role supports licensed nurses on a multidisciplinary team, monitors patient behaviors, provides continuous care, and assists in data collection and recording.

CPR and de-escalation training are required, with on-site responsibilities and occasional crisis intervention as needed. Starting at $17/hour with experience-based increases, the position includes weekend and holiday rotation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient safety and maintain a structured environment under supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and routine care.
• Conduct safety checks and monitor patient behaviors.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the clinical team.
• Engage patients in activities to support treatment goals.
• Assist with educational/rehabilitative groups and crisis response as needed.
