Miramont Behavioral Health in Middleton, Wisconsin is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I for night shift to support the multidisciplinary team under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will monitor patient behaviors, assist with activities of daily living, and provide safe, compassionate care.

This on-site role involves crisis de-escalation, vital signs, charting, safety checks, and collaboration with clinical staff to implement treatment plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patient safety and maintain a structured environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily care tasks.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise patients per guidelines.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the clinical team.
• Document in patient records timely and accurately.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to manage emotions and behavior.
• Provide transfer or transportation coordination as needed.
• Receive shift reports and brief oncoming staff.
