Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Admissions RN for the nights shift (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), Wed through Sat to support adolescents and adults seeking mental health and substance use services.

In this full-time role you will review medical documentation, coordinate admissions, verify benefits, obtain orders, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate care transitions for every patient.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical or observational experience.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for admissions and obtain admission orders.
• Facilitate emergency transfers and review referrals for appropriate level of care.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate pre-authorization for treatment.
• Verify benefits and coordinate billing and payer communications.
• Admit patients into the registration system and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
