Job summary

Banner Behavioral Health Hospital in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support adolescent patients in a crisis intervention and recovery-focused environment.

This full-time night shift runs 7:00 pm–7:30 am with rotating weekends/holidays, a $3/hour weekend shift differential and 18% night shift differential. New grads are welcome with relevant behavioral health experience and a 12-month commitment for sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in behavioral health is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs.
• Plan and coordinate discharge planning and care.
• Implement, supervise and document nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans with the team.
• Communicate status to care team to ensure continuity of care.
