Job summary

Trash Butler is seeking energetic team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You’ll work Sundays evenings 8:00pm until finish (2–3 hours), with training provided and growth opportunities within a growing company.

Requirements include owning an open-bed pickup truck, valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A high school diploma is required, and customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands repeatedly.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company’s app.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart for collection at resident doorsteps.
• Use Trash Butler’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as assigned (porter, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize noise and avoid disturbance to residents.
