Job summary

Xpert Security Consultants is seeking Nightlife Security Officers to provide a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and guests at nightlife venues and private events throughout Kentucky.

You will maintain a visible security presence, monitor guest behavior, prevent disturbances, enforce venue policies, and respond appropriately to incidents while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old and high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and government-issued ID required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and events.
• Excellent communication, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly visible security presence at venues and events.
• Monitor entrances/exits and verify guest identification when required.
• Enforce venue policies and de-escalate conflicts professionally.
• Respond to incidents, complete incident reports, and coordinate with authorities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
