Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring an Operations Expeditor Supervisor (Night) in Star, MS. You will oversee distribution and plant yard activities, including loading/unloading, asset management, site security, and safety compliance.

You will collaborate with Branch and Plant leadership to optimize throughput, lead a team of 10+ workers, and ensure equipment meets standards. The role requires a flexible schedule with night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus extensive supervisory experience in an industrial setting (3+ years).
• Preferred: Associate's degree.
• Experience supervising 10+ production workers and coordinating yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing yard and asset management.
• Balance transportation and vendor schedules to ensure safe traffic flow and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Production to streamline floor operations and communicate status and safety metrics.
