Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Yard Driver for front half nights in the distribution center. You will safely operate yard trucks and forklifts to reposition trailers, move products to docks, and support loading/unloading as directed. Qualifications

• Experience operating tractor trailers.
• Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forklift.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in a safe manner, by following all safety rules and demonstrating professional command of the equipment.
• Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and verify/report damage or concerns.
• Some familiarity with computers with the ability to run and print basic reports.
• Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas.
• Work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
