Job summary

Primo Brands in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a yard driver to support shipping and receiving operations on a night shift. This position pays $24.00 per hour with a 6-8% shift differential and requires a valid Class A CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience.

You will operate yard trucks and forklifts, move trailers, document adjustments, and collaborate with warehouse and production teams while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• 1+ year of verifiable driving experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company policies for yard operations.
• Move and inspect trailers in yard and dock per pick tickets.
• Operate yard truck and forklift to support shipping/receiving.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform basic repairs, document adjustments.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate reports and manage workload with supervision.
• Participate in recycling tasks and dock coordination as needed.
