Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a dedicated CDL A driver to join our Hot Springs, AR fleet. You will perform pre-trip inspections, ensure safe loading/unloading, and maintain precise driving logs while following DOT and company safety standards.

The role offers a $25.00/hour base rate with a shift differential of 6%–8% for applicable hours. Comprehensive benefits, 401K, ESPP, and paid leave accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements and have a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean MVR with no major disqualifying offenses.
• Experience with fleet vehicle inspections and load securement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel.
• Complete DOT required documents and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company operating requirements.
• Follow water quality testing procedures.
• Load and unload trailers safely and securely.
• Operate forklift safely to unload/reload products.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and records.
