Maverick Transportation LLC is seeking Local CDL-A or Non-CDL Yard Workers for the night shift in Gurdon, AR. This full-time role offers home daily and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. CDL-A holders start at $22/hour; non-CDL at $20/hour plus $0.50/hour night differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, trailer loading, or cargo securement is a plus.
• Heavy equipment operation experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pre-load open-top chip trailers.
• Secure and prepare loads for transport.
• Spot trailers in the yard using yard tractors.
• Operate front-end loaders and bulldozers.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• Perform general dock and yard duties as assigned.
