Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager in Conway, AR. This part-time role requires active nursing licensure (LPN/RN) in good standing, and involves direct patient care, medication passes, and supervision of the wellness team.

You will document care, manage records, and uphold care standards while delivering compassionate, resident-centered service. The shift is Wednesday, 7:00pm–7:00am, with comprehensive benefits and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Direct hands-on nursing care including medication passes as needed.
• Strong knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of medication regulations.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilités

• Act as Superior Supervisor and lead the Wellness team and other departments.
• Be available to assist with call lights and resident needs, showing urgency to prioritize resident care.
• Diligent documentation of resident assessments, medical records and internal documents.
• Provide compassionate, professional care ensuring residents feel safe and cared for.
