Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for the 7pm-7am shift in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time role focuses on hands-on nursing, supervising the wellness team, and ensuring resident safety and comfort through timely care and accurate documentation.

You will administer medications, uphold current care standards, and collaborate with team members to support a person-centered approach aligned with Arrow's values.

Qualifications

• Must have current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes.
• Thorough knowledge of care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care including medication passes.
• Oversee wellness team on shift and assist other departments.
• Complete resident assessments and maintain medical records.
• Ensure interactions are professional, compassionate, and resident-centered.
